Women’s voices matter now more than ever because women have been written out of history for too long. Their achievements have been minimized, stories cancelled, voices suppressed and drowned out by systematic erasure. When women's stories are told raw and unfiltered, they stop being reduced to victims.
SHE/HER is an innovative and captivating play that seamlessly weaves together real stories of remarkable women, all through the medium of music, movement, and video art. This production is a celebration of diverse female experiences, shedding light on the untold stories from different walks of life. Through powerful performances and emotive choreography, the audience is transported into a world where the courage and resilience of women take center stage. The integration of video art adds an extra layer of depth, enhancing the narrative with stunning visuals and creating a multi-sensory experience. "SHE/HER" is a tribute to the strength and indomitable spirit of women, an inspiring journey that resonates long after the curtain call.

Callie Rose Petal's voice was so gorgeous, I could hardly stand it! Mairi Campbell's sound comforted and inspired me. As she sang, I felt as if someone had seen my wounds, dressed them and wrapped a warm blanket around me. Kananu Kirimi was honest and delightful. Ada Francis has a voice and a presence that was vulnerable, yet rock steady. Michelle Joyner's piece absolutely reduced me to a puddle of tears. "A mother always knows." Antoinette Cooper's power was instantly recognized as she took center stage and spoke her truth. And, who could forget the lovely Nicole Ansari-Cox?
